We do not receive any government or local authority grants. All the services we provide are funded by our own fundraising efforts, donations and grants from trusts.

We welcome donations either by cheque or cash directly to the office. Don't forget that if you are a tax payer you can Gift Aid your donation - it makes your money go further!

Why we need funds

We employ a part-time Chief Executive Officer to manage our various projects and keep in touch with our members.
We employ a part-time Volunteer Co-ordinator to recruit and train our volunteers. 
We employ a part-time Gateway Award Officer to co-ordinate the Gateway Award
We employ an Advice & Advocacy Manager
We run a drop-in centre in Kingswood and evening social club in Alveston.

We work with the local councils and other organisations to help to provide better services for people with a learning disability.

We are members of the Fundraising Standards Board and as such are signed up to national standards of fundraising.
